Billy’s design philosophy centers on a simple yet powerful concept: visual problem-solving. For three decades, he has honed this approach and shaped architectural challenges into elegant solutions. He leads with collaboration and empowerment, firmly believing a project’s success depends on assembling the right team. He carefully ensures each design decision aligns with the overarching concept of the project.

Throughout his tenure at Moseley, Billy has consistently championed design excellence and guided teams to complete award-winning projects. His unwavering determination to solve problems, drawing inspiration from diverse perspectives, is his greatest strength. He remains passionate about the fundamentals of architectural design and finds joy in translating abstract diagrams into tangible structures.

Witnessing others achieve the seemingly impossible fuels Billy’s creativity. As a leader, he encourages autonomy and allows his team members to flourish by exercising their strengths. He is particularly proud of the absence of a singular “Moseley style,” celebrating the unique solutions co-created with each community we serve.
