Culture

A group of people are seated at desks in a classroom setting facing a man standing by a black presentation board. The man is gesturing towards the board, which contains drawings or diagrams. There is an American flag in the background along with a few architectural plans on the wall to the left. The classroom has large windows in his brightly lit

Meet David Plent

Architect

When David asked his mother at age six what job lets you build things, she answered with one word: architect. In seven years of multifamily housing and mixed-use design in Moseley's Baltimore office, he has navigated federal incentives, complex financing, and overlapping regulations on projects including 40Ten, winner of multiple AIA awards. This May, he was promoted to associate in the firm's leadership program.‍
