Matthew draws from his foundation in custom residential design to create senior living communities that feel like home rather than institutional facilities. His design philosophy centers on intentionality with consideration of how residents will experience each space. This experience and belief enable him to meet regulatory requirements without sacrificing the homelike character that defines successful communities.

He approaches each campus as a distinct urban design challenge, integrating housing, social spaces, dining areas, recreational facilities, health and wellness amenities, and transportation networks into cohesive environments. Matthew’s master planning expertise extends beyond individual buildings to forge connections with surrounding neighborhoods and creates opportunities for intergenerational interaction.
