Nancy’s passion for design stems from an inherent love of the arts and sciences. As a leader in Moseley’s multifamily housing sector, she blends these interests into her daily work. By creating beautiful facilities that meet systematic requirements, she finds unique joy and purpose in both the technical and aesthetic aspects of design. In residential projects specifically, she is inspired by how these components directly impact the way people live.

She therefore strives to shape built environments that simply make life better. She believes that doing so requires a holistic, hands-on approach. This involves collaborating with stakeholders, understanding what they desire from their facility, prioritizing sustainability, and working within budget requirements.
