Key's Pointe

Key’s Pointe is a townhouse development on the site of a 62-acre, 1940s public housing community on Baltimore’s southeast side. The first 75 units opened in 2014, providing homes for 27 current and former residents, with the remainder reserved for families earning up to 50 percent of area median income. The community is designed on a traditional street grid, with alleys, porches, and patios to encourage community interaction. A new six-acre public park at the heart of the community and a variety of open spaces combine to create a comprehensive network that provides residents safe and convenient recreational opportunities.
