Solana at Deer Park

Located in the Northwest suburb of Chicago, Solana at Deer Park is part of a new walkable urban development concept that includes a residential community, shopping center, and business district. A major goal of this project was to create a resort-like facility that provides seniors with a continuum of care. The solution integrates independent living, assisted living, and memory care within one building. Each focus features a distinct neighborhood, while sharing amenities.

The active adult center within the community features ample windows, balconies, and patios spaces, which provide outdoor views and flood interior spaces with daylight. These areas also promote socializing among residents from assisted living and independent living.
