Following our needs assessment and feasibility study, we were retained to provide full design and construction contract administration services for the new 104,000-square-foot facility.

The four-story building is designed to meet the court’s projected needs for the next 20 years. It encompasses seven courtrooms for district and superior courts, a magistrate courtroom, clerk of court offices, district attorney offices, guardian ad litem offices, and inmate court holding.

A secure vehicle sally port for inmate transport and enclosed, secure judge parking allow for safety when traveling to and from court proceedings.
