As chair of Moseley's Board of Directors, Sandra Parét will develop approaches to market sector leadership, refine relationship management across the firm's portfolio and guide business development initiatives. Her work will center on positioning Moseley's capabilities in the marketplace and deploying talent to address priorities across projects.
"Sandra's experience leading practices of varying scales, from regional firms to global organizations, gives her perspective on how firms build lasting relationships," said Jeff Hyder, president and CEO of Moseley. "Her approach to leadership aligns with how we operate: grounded in client interaction and financial discipline while maintaining focus on the design work itself."
Parét sees her role as one of synthesis and clarity.
"I'm interested in how firms articulate what they do well and how they deploy their strongest capabilities where it matters most," she said. "When I met Moseley's team, I recognized a firm grounded in business fundamentals yet energized by the work itself. That combination creates the conditions for growth."
Parét brings expertise from 44 years of experience in architecture and design leadership. She served as chief executive officer of STG Design, where she led a multi-office practice through expansion of services and leadership development. Her tenure at AECOM included directing the corporate/commercial global market sector practice and managing operations for a multimillion-dollar business line. At HOK, she spent 18 years in roles including managing principal and global strategic accounts lead.
Her project experience spans higher education, corporate, health care and multifamily housing, with work for Arizona State University, Bank of America, Oracle and Shell Oil. She has authored publications on workplace design and spoken at industry conferences including WorkTech London and Urban Land Institute events.
Parét holds a Master of Architecture and Bachelor of Environmental Design from Texas A&M University. She has completed executive education programs at Harvard Graduate School of Design and Columbia Business School. She is registered as an architect in 30 states and as an interior designer in Texas and Indiana.
