Effective Monday, December 8, 2025, Moseley will begin operating from its new Fairfax office at 2677 Prosperity Avenue, Suite 700, in Fairfax’s Merrifield neighborhood. The firm is relocating from its previous location at 8001 Braddock Road in Springfield’s Ravensworth community.
The new location positions the firm in one of Northern Virginia’s most dynamic mixed-use districts. The expanded space accommodates Moseley’s Fairfax workforce, which has nearly doubled in size over the past decade. The office is within walking distance of retail shops, restaurants, residential communities, and the Dunn Loring-Merrifield Metro station. Parking and electric vehicle charging stations are available in an adjacent parking deck.
“This move to an amenity-rich space provides our growing team with the professional environment where they can thrive, while the proximity to the metro makes it easier for both staff and clients to connect with us,” said Dora Kay, principal at Moseley. “We look forward to collaborating with our clients in our new space.”
The office features flexible spaces including huddle rooms, touchdown areas, a wellness room, and two kitchens to serve the expanded staff. Every workstation benefits from natural daylight, while an electric fireplace in the lobby brings a sense of warmth to the reception area.
“Biophilic design was central to our design decisions,” said Amanda Crasto, an interior designer at Moseley. “From the living green wall that naturally controls sound to the abundance of daylight throughout the workspace, we leveraged natural elements to create a workplace that promotes wellbeing and productivity—features we promote to our clients."
